Lee was very helpful and straightforward to deal with, making sure the guidance I received was appropriate. I wasn’t blinded by the science of what I could get but guided to what was right for us. I was working with another company to make bespoke shelves for us, that wasn’t a problem. But all the furniture & backwash was purchased from Lee. We did go through a few phones calls with me asking about 'this' or 'that' which to someone in the industry may well have seemed trivial. The hand-holding was what I needed."
